OUR PROCESS

How it works

1
WALLS ERECTION
AND BRACING
This step is to erect the stay-in-place PVC forms. The forms are filled with concrete leaving a finished vinyl surface. The walls must be plumb and reinforced for keeping straight while the concrete cures. Bracing is required for all windows and doors rough openings.
2
ELECTRICAL
AND WATER LINES
Before pouring the concrete, install all electrical and water lines. For walls that are less than 64mm (2.5″) a surface mount may be required. Consult with a local engineer on the local building code. When all the lines are installed, and the walls and openings are braced and straight, the structure is ready for concrete pour.
3
POUR CONCRETE
AND WASH
The recommended concrete slump at the truck is 150 mm (6″) and typically, the concrete is placed using a boom pump. For small projects, the concrete may be placed with a trailer pump and hoses or with a small bucket suspended from a crane.
4
INSTALL WINDOWS, DOORS, ROOF SYSTEM
Installation of doors recommended concrete slump at the truck is 150 mm (6″) and typically, the concrete is placed using a boom pump. For small projects, the concrete may be placed with portable trailer pump and hoses or with a small bucket.
5
TRIMS, APPLIANCES,
AND FINISH WORK
Complete the structure by installing the roof, windows, doors, and all fixtures and appliances.
