Our core technology solution comprises of a unique polymer-based wall system, which is fast to construct, corrosion/rot-resistant, energy efficient and low maintenance. We have designed and engineered solutions to get international social housing projects completed in shortest time frame possible.
In addition to the efficiency and speed of construction, our solutions have also been engineered to be resistant to extreme weather and natural disaster. We help secured all pertinent building and construction code compliances for the project in the target country. As part of this project, Cold Roll will establish an in-country manufacturing facility for Wall System technology. This will create immediate local employment opportunities and provides an ideal platform for establishing sustainable business, based upon the life-cycle support of this initiative, together with follow-on construction programs encouraged by the success of this project. This project, we think, is pivotal in the economic development strategy, which has a pressing commitment to meet subsidized affordable housing challenge.
Cold Roll, along with local partner/General Contractor will function as the dominant "boots on the ground" during the construction phase and be the life-cycle manager for the sustaining and growth phases of the project. Cold Roll will provide services, including manufacturing, design, engineering, supervision, and quality control. Our local developer will function as the team's Program and Government Relations Manager, based upon their reputation and experience in the management of responses to other large-scale projects, together with the local government and banking financial aid.
We believe this combination of enabling technology, experience/proven competence, and maximized positive local outcomes, offers a discriminating solution to the housing challenges. The project, as proposed, will maximize the availability of permanent, hurricane-safe, sustainable shelter for the population. Additionally, the project does not offer just "shelter," but an integrated community, able to generate revenues to maintain its viability and enable growth.
